We first met Natalie & Graeme in a pub in the Cotswolds, and over a beer and chat, quickly realised that their wedding was going to be something special and oozing with personality – think two romantics who love living in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside, have a fantastic sense of humour all mixed with a bit of rock n roll “a la Mick Jagger”! We were thrilled when they decided to book us.

In the spring we spent an epic day out doing an engagement shoot with them. We all headed out to the local Cotswolds countryside in G’s fantastic vintage land rover, AKA Betty. bumping along the country lanes and stopping in some wonderful beauty spots and got to know them better.

So when their wedding day dawned in early October and we packed our gear to head over to the Matara centre, we were looking forward to the shoot. They didn’t disappoint – Natalie looked nothing short of incredible in her beautiful Jenny Packham gown, ‘Daphne’, with makeup beautifully done by Clare of Pure Pampering, and hair by Salon C3. Graeme rocked the country tweed look in style, wearing a suit from Barrington Ayres of Cirencester.

The styling of the day was unfussy and fun – in the courtyard guests were greeted with a board which simply said:

‘What’s Occurring.’
2pm Get Hitched,
3pm Say cheese…

and so on.

After an emotional ceremony and some photographs, the party began for real, champagne flowed and we captured everyone relaxing and enjoying the day. People could sit where they wanted for dinner, the styling was minimal and non fussy with big banqueting style tables. Just a stunning day you two – beautiful yet also so relaxed and filled with fun!
