I first met Jess and Paul back in February for a coffee in Tetbury and  instantly felt we ‘clicked’ – our hour spent together seemed to fly by – and I could see their wedding was going to be an amazing, informal and fun filled day!! These two were clearly great friends who have a huge amount of fun together, as well as being “in love” and getting married. They did the planning of all the detail for the day, but also didn’t go overboard – making it a relaxed and enjoyable day for all their guests was a priority. With them both being Irish, this all made sense!!

Here is a first share of a few “moments” from their fabulous day at the Great Tythe Barn, Tetbury, just a week ago yesterday. We hope you like them Jess and Paul – this wedding was so much fun we are still smiling! Jess you looked stunning in your beautiful Maggie Sottero gown, with an elegant ‘updo’ created by hair and makeup artist Cornelius of Double Dutch. We also loved the beautiful orange and purple themed flowers, a perfect fit for an autumn wedding,  from talented florist Laura at Pink Peony. The bridesmaids all looked amazing in their soft lavender coloured dresses with low backs.

The music was a key part of the day for these two – after a lovely civil ceremony downstairs in the barn, everyone headed upstairs for fizz and canapes listening to the amazing sound of duo “The Peas”. For the evening party the couple chose a fab band, The Revue.

There was a lovely family spirit which shone through this wedding, and it was wonderful for us hearing the resounding Irish lilt of the couple’s family and guests. Jess and Paul added their own creative twist to some of the photos, the framed bridal party shot being one of the results, they also gave us time on their day to capture some special memories of them together before everyone was seated for the wedding meal, followed by speeches and dancing.
