We loved our shoot with Lottie and her two ponies, Nutty and Flash last summer! During the holidays we headed up to Broadway in the Cotswolds to Lottie’s family home, and were blessed with a gorgeous afternoon for her session. Our 3 lovely subjects also turned out to be great models!

A bit of background. Lottie had been eventing her loan pony Nutty, a 20 year old New Forest X Arab mare, for three years, but Nutty was due to go back to her owners in September 2017. Lottie had clearly had an amazing time riding and competing this pony, so really wanted to have some special memories with her. “Nutty was definitely my pony of a lifetime and one in a million! Together we achieved so much and I had the most amazing 3 years with her! I miss her lots.”
We think her special bond with Nutty really shines through in the photographs! We also spent some time photographing Lottie with her new pony, Flash, who had arrived just a few months before the shoot. Flash is a 13 year old Irish Sports Pony – and as the ‘new kid on the block’ he did really well with being photographed with Lottie! We were so impressed with Lottie’s initiative, her resourcefulness and organisational skills in helping plan the shoot, that we decided earlier this year that we would love to have her as a part of our team. So in March we announced that she is our first ever ‘Social Media Ambassador’ – you can read more about this role on our blog here. We’re so thrilled to have her on board as a brand ambassador!
