Back in May we spent a wonderful day at Southey Farm  capturing some of the amazing horses with Zoe and Trischa. Zoe has an amazing collection of horses, from ‘Atinado’, her stunning black Lusitano, to ‘Favel’ her Arab and ‘Janota’ her yearling Lusitano filly. Trischa has two Friesans, Zefyr and Jago, beautiful gentle giants.

We felt completely spoiled by the beauty and charm of all these breeds, just amazing! Up the road from the yard we found a lovely woodland, perfect for some shots of the two ladies with their steeds, here we wanted some atmospheric shots.

Finally we brought out the lighting kit and did a couple of portraits of Zefyr with Trischa and Atinado with Zoe up on the hill, with the Wellington Monument just in view on the landscape.
