Back at the beginning of October we spent a day teaching portrait photography in the beautiful setting of Whatley Manor. We were joined by 15 delegates and we started the day with a classroom session covering simple topics on improving portrait photography. After a wonderful lunch we then moved into the lovely gardens for a hands on session with our two amazing models, Kate and Flo.

The day went quickly and we felt it was relaxed and fun with plenty of interaction from the delegates. If you were one of the attendees we hope you enjoyed it and learned something new and your thoughts and feedback are welcome.

We were focussed on teaching so didn’t shoot a lot of pictures but wanted to share a few that we captured.

A big thank you to Whatley for providing such a stunning location and doing a lot of behind the scenes work to make this day run so smoothly. And also to our wonderful models who were both brilliant and complete naturals!

If you missed out on this event keep watching our blog and Facebook as I’m sure we’ll be running another training session in the future!!
