Our shot of the week is one of our pictures from our Bridal Equine shoot at beautiful Crowcombe Court in Somerset – our stunning model Charlotte twirling in the Great Hall!

This shoot was all about horses and brides (you cake take a look at our first taster of the shots here)  – however we couldn’t resist capturing a few photographs Charlotte in this gold corset and tulle skirt, just because she looked so stunning!

I loved capturing the  movement in this photograph of Charlotte in her beautiful gown, the way backlighting gives the shot an ethereal, light mood against the arched windows of the hall. The gold and ivory colours of the corset and tulle skirt just worked so perfectly against the colours of the surroundings, so the whole picture has a lovely gentle colour palette.  And Charlotte was just brilliant at twirling! We love capturing this kind of shot at weddings – when the bride is feeling amazing wearing her wedding dress, so carefully chosen, just for one day – something to be captured for posterity.

The gown was made by amazing dressmaker Lisa of Lisa Keating Bridal, and Charlotte’s headpiece is by Hermione Harbutt bridal accessories.
